Refund and Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your RHYNO RAGE purchase.Return eligibility. You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify, an item must be unworn and unwashed, free from stains/odours/hair/deodorant marks, in original condition, returned with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items sent back without first receiving return approval may not be accepted.

To begin a return, contact us at customerservice@rhynorage.com and include your name, order number and reason for the request. We do not publish a return address in advance — once your return request is approved, we'll send you the correct return instructions and address.Damages and issues. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Exchanges. Return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.European Union 14-day cooling-off period. EU customers may cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason, without justification, under the same condition requirements above.Refunds. We'll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
